i'm right where they want me/ready for anything

We’re all looking for answers to the most confounding questions…
(which girl should I marry?
which career is right for me?
which vaguely tribal-looking symbol should I get tattooed on my forehead?)
…but all of those questions are merely subsets of the one question, the BIG question, the only question – why? Life, the Universe, Everything… what’s it all about? Well, it may comfort you to know that you’re not alone; a very special fish is wondering what the heck is going on too!

His name is Rufus, and he’s here to help. Over the next few months, you’ll hear his story – every crippling failure and dizzying triumph – together with some puzzles that’ll have you scouring our fair city from stem to stern. In the end, we’ll cover a lot of ground, share a few laughs, and if we’re not careful we might even learn something! No participation fee. No ‘personality tests’. Just a good-natured fable/treasure hunt. Enjoy!

P.S. Rufus is not a ‘Jesus fish’. First, have you ever seen a red Jesus fish? Second, Jesus fish don’t smile. This is because Darwin told them they’re descended from sea monkeys.
